1 General Terms

3 Account Management

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Limits & Timeframes

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (per method)
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳800
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses & Promotions

zxwin offers various bonuses and promotional offers for members. Each bonus has its own specific terms.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a bonus of up to 200% on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000.

Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirement: 25 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• The deadline to meet the wagering requirement is within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• A member may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may be withdrawn after the conditions have been met.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• zxwin reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of fraud or rule violations.
• VIP members receive weekly cashback benefits: Bronze — up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, Platinum — up to 1.5%.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

Each game category on zxwin has its own rules. Players are advised to read the relevant rules before starting a game.

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) or the provider's server.
• If a round is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bets in sports betting cannot be changed once they have been confirmed.
• Approved game providers include PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others.
• zxwin conducts regular game audits to ensure fair play.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, the game provider's logs will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or fraudulent information.
• Misusing bonuses or attempting to hack the system.
• Unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Attempting to manipulate game software or outcomes.
• Placing opposing bets on the same event to extract risk-free bonuses ("bonus arbing").
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Playing on behalf of minors or using their funds.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.

8 Responsible Gaming

Account Termination

• You may request to close your account at any time.
• In the event of a rule violation or fraud, zxwin may terminate an account without prior notice.
• Any valid balance at the time of account termination will generally be refunded, however bonus funds may be forfeited.
• The applicable sections of these terms will remain in effect even after account termination.

• The deadline for submitting all claims is within 30 days of the relevant incident.

• If a resolution cannot be reached through mutual negotiation, both parties may opt for mediation.
